!994 ford ranger electrical problem... Please help?

I have a 1994 Ford Ranger splash, 4.0 liter, 4x4, auto trans. I bought the truck thinking it only needed a fuel pump, I replaced the fuel pump and sending unit but it still didn't run so I replaced the ECM but still nothing, replaced the fuel pump relay, battery, ignition module checked all fuses still nothing. I hot wired the fuel pump and it ran just fine but it will not kick on with the ignition. I'm stumped : /

It sounds like the truck was in a accident and the cutoff operated to turn off the fuel pump. I do not know where it is located but that sounds like the problem. From what I remember it is resettable.
