pl guide me i have one sify connection in my desktop, and having blue tototh , and wi fi in my notebook can i use my single net in both laptop as well as desktop how? pl guide me and what is router and its uses?

How your desktop connected to sify? If you have a router/modem having wifi then you can easily connect your laptop to net by configuring wireless connection wizard.
If you have no wifi modem then use pc to pc lan cable,connect it to your laptop and desktop,
If your sify connection is used Lan port of your desktop, then you have to purchase a hub, insert sify lan cable to hub and get one connection to desktop and other to laptop using Lan cable.
Or purchase a Access point card insert it in desktop pci, then you can connect it through your laptop's wifi.
You have to configure your network cards' IP address which sify router uses.
The bluetooth will not give you a better speed.
