She should ask her doctor this, and not get answers from the teens and spammers that make this forum their home.

yeah, i hope your mother doesnt listen to you. you're doctor has to pick the best medicine based on her other conditions. if you are dumb enough to go to yahoo answers for important stuff like this, she should never speak to you again.
