Where can I buy hamburgers in San Francisco?

    San Francisco has all the regular fast food places. But, some place like Lori's Diner down around Union Square is a good place. And, just about all the other diners and bars would be a good place to try.

    Don't understand the question. You can get a hamburger in almost any restaurant anywhere, and there are McDonald's everywhere, not to mention Burger King, etc.
