Headache question please answer?
Ok, I know this might sound lame, but my head doesn't feel like a sharp pain, but more of an odd dizzie feeling, I didn't hit my head or anything but when I woke up this morning my throat and head was sore. I know I'm probably being paranoid, and I already took tylenol and advil. Should I sleep right away? I took the pill 4 in the afternoon and its 1:15 in the morning. Shoould I sleep with this killer head ache? Please answer

Don't overdue it on the pain meds, when they wear off it can trigger an even worse headache.
Look for environmental triggers-are you dehydrated? Is the air in your room super dry (put a bowl of hot water by your bed, this should help rehydrate the air around you temporarily)? Is your pillow too low or too high? Are you stressed about something and having a tension headache? Did you sleep longer than usual (that sometimes gives me headaches). Have you eaten enough today? Are you near your peroid?

Keep hydrated. Have you eaten? Relax. Your in control. Take another pill if you think you need it an sleep and rest. You'll feel better with some rest.

Drink lots of water, you could be dehydrated. You could also have an iron deficiency, which causes headaches. It's common for females to be iron deficient, especially it they are thin/underweight.
