All three are considered non-ferrous metals and in Dallas are handled by a firm doing only them. Brass and bronze are also available from foundry supply places and pewter may be also. I would not expect them to be sold by the ounce - more like per pound. Brass and bronze have gone up with the rise in copper prices and the tin used in pewter has been moderately costly all along.
If you only need ounce quantities, it may be easier to buy brass plumbing pipe and fittings and melt them.
