Earache..what can I take for pain?
I have an ear infection I think and my ear feels like it is throbbing. I took some ibuprofen around 7 and it seems to have worn off. I would take more but I just drank a shot and a half of vodka. I know I shouldn't mix alcohol and pain killers so what should I do? Are there any meds I can take? Should I try applying heat to my hear? Thank you.

It depends on if your ear is an outer ear infection -- or otitis media - which is a middle ear infection(and inside) - The drops in the outside part of the ear will not help if it is a middle ear infection.
Try taking another Tylenol in an hour - with d decongestant -- like Claritin D, Sudafed, etc. --
If it's still hurting tomorrow - you might want to go to a clinic (not the ER, as this isn't considered an emergency) - for someantibioticss --
And stay off the booze until you're well ---

equal parts rubbing alcohol (or some of that vodka....no i joke) and white vinegar. add 2-3 drops in affected ear.
don't mix booze and meds. You can place a cold pack on your neck below your ear to help rid any inflammation.
