How can I lose weight intelligently?
When I came to college I was 5' 6" and 210 lbs but unconcerned with losing weight. Over the months I packed on the pounds and came to about 270. I was shocked at this and decided to diet. In about six months I lost about sixty pounds and am down to 212. Unfortunately all of this seems to have caught up to my body and I've been feeling very weak and have fainted twice. My doctor says that I'm not eating enough, which is true as I generally eat less than 1000 calories a day.
Honestly the only reason I do this is because I am largely inactive and if I eat more than that I tend to gain it back. I know that these are rookie dieting mistakes and the best thing to do is to eat enough and spread it out into small meals throughout the day, but I just don't have the time and money to do this.
Some other info is that I'm a vegetarian and take one a day vitamins from a health food store. I generally eat things like salads (with eggs), fruits, and veggie sandwiches (with cheese), so it's possible I'm missing some nutrients but I try to get in the protein and fiber and etc that I need. I feel like it's really just an issue with the calories.
Any advice would help me a lot, thanks.

** you ought to attempt eating 8 to sixteen oz of water previously each and each meal, this could fill you up and you will consume much less, ensuing in much less energy at each and every meal. weight-loss pills are no longer very secure, a minimum of water is secure. i comprehend it ought to be annoying before everything to drink water, yet you may upload further and further prevalent until it turns into extra handy, ( you will get used to it. I lost 50 pounds in 3 years and saved them off , I additionally stroll for 20 minutes a minimum of 5 cases a week. endurance is mandatory,, in case you like speedy, it extremely is not it, extra advantageous to lose slowly than too speedy (no longer healthy on your physique) properly reliable success too you, wish this helps. P.S. I additionally think of that the extra youthful you are the swifter you will drop some pounds, 50 years and up will take longer.

excericse and eat healthy. i know it's tempting to grab a bite at mcdonald's since it's so convenient but if you really wanna lose weight then try and buy the healthier foods and make stuff yourself! then you know what's going into your food instead of all those processed foods. try and get 60 minutes (1hour) of physical activity every day! good luck
