What's worse? Shelter Or Dirty?

I am currently staying in a house filled with ant's roaches, garbage all over the house, dirty diapers all over the house, poop smeared all over. the stench makes me want to vomit, I am scared to eat because who knows what is touching the foods. I am scared to walk without shoes, or use the bathroom. I really think I would rather go to a homeless shelter, but I hear they have bugs too. Has anyone ever been in a shelter? especially one in Florida? That is where I am currently staying. Can someone tell me the pro's of each of thees places?!
