It had it originally at $17 ?? Then they bumped it to 19.95, still a good deal.
However, they're out of stocks now.

You can just subscribe to Shonen Jump magazine. $27, you get Hyper, Meklord Astro Mekanikle, and then 6 other cards throughout the year.
