How to remove a starter with 2 broken bolts?
I have a 97 F 250 pickup with a bad starter and when I tried to remove it I broke both bolts off and now they're stuck in the starter. I tried to use Irwin spiral flute bolt extractors but they didn't work and when I started drilling the starting hole in went crooked because of the tight space so I need help PLEASE.

If the bolts are broken off in the starter, then the starter should come off. Take it to a machine shop.

Well, if the bolts are broken off the starter should be able to be removed. Have you disconnected the wires and tried to remove it yet?
You may need to pry it loose since attempting to drill out the broken bolts may have created an interference holding the starter in place.

you have a couple options. you can try to drill it out, or use a tap. i think its like a tap. its a reverse drill bit, that when used it will tighten into the bolt while the bolt unthreads itself.
