At the core,does every human desire love and inner peace?

I am completely certain of this :)

We are all ONE.

That depends entirely if the person believes to HAVE a core. Some Buddhist and Hinduism tradition argue that individual are structured sort of like an onion. There is a lot of layers but definite core. More western traditions like Christianity share a 'core' common thread that divides the mind (soul) and body into what they call dualism.

Personally, I do believe that the sensibilities of love and peace are dignities that everyone desires but often misinterpret.

No one has, no one will = absurd and asinine question!

Yes, man's true nature is harmonious, and Love is the great, eternal director of our existence when all is said and done.

This is why we are here gaining experience that will eventually help us realize our spiritual centre within us, our consciousness being at one with the Absolute, or God, or Cosmic Consciousness.
