what grease can i use in an air impact wrench?

I decided to do some maintenance on my air tools, so I need to know if I can use regular automotive grease that is already in my grease gun. Or do I need to use a specific grease in air tools? Thanks

Update:

Oil is not the only lube you can use. Several of my air tools have a grease port that is greased with a needle fitting.

Normal grease is ok but don't put to much grease on the move able parts ,and a few drops of light oil in the air line will help .

I have an Ingersoll Rand gun that needs grease also. The grease in your gun is fine.
