I love putting together my own snacks. Here are a mix of easy and more time required varieties.

Here are some of my "easy" favorites:

    1. Cottage cheese and triscut crackers (very filling)

    2. Hummus and celery/jicama sticks

    3. Yoplait Greek plain mixed with frozen fruit (I like blueberries and mango) and walnuts

    4. Hard boiled egg and apple

    5. Apple slices dipped in small amount of peanut butter

    6. Larabars (many yummy flavors)

    7. Trail mix made with: whole grain cereal, nuts, dried fruit

I also enjoy having a smoothie's for breakfast or for snacks (especially post workout). Here is a basic recipe, but you can improvised with your favorite choices:

-Yoplait Light (there are 33 flavors, so the options are great)

-frozen fruit (I like blueberries, mango, cranberries, peaches)

-ground flax seed (omega-3 and fiber)

-small amount of milk and/or fruit juice of choice

Here are some favorite "more time required" snacks with links to their recipes:

    1. Healthified "Garlic" Guacamole http://www.tablespoon.com/recipes/healthified-garl...

    2. Sundried Tomato Dip w/veggies http://www.yoplait.com/recipe/sun-dried-tomato-dip

    3. Shrimp Summer Rolls http://www.eatbetteramerica.com/recipes/appetizers...

What have been your favorite healthy snacks so far?

Protein Ranch dip w/ veggie (a million cup Cottage Cheese, mixture in nutrition processor w/ 2 tsp. Italian seasoning a million/4 tsp pepper and 2 green onions). I HATE cottage cheese and believe me, that's great! Apple w/ organic peanut butter 3 total wheat crackers, hunk of cheese, grapes

How about veggie sandwiches?? You can add a lot of vegetable stuffs. It'll also be tastier and healthier than the sandwiches with less nutritional value. Then you can also make spouted seeds and salad for you.
