  • I'm confused it's like he's sending mixed signals?

    So this guy asked my best friend to set us up and she did we've hung out a couple of times now and he told me he's really liking me. We get along, joke,cuddle and hold hands and stuff, I get the hint he's into me yet he won't text or call me and when he does its awkward one word texts ugh. He does work 12 hour shifts so I dunno if its that or am I being played somehow? :/

    I dunno if i could have it as a child i have an intense fear of abandonment i would go crazy when i was left alone I have such a loving bf who loves me and would never cheat on me i love him yet when he doesnt reply to say a text or something quick enough it easily turns to hate i tell him he doesnt love me or care about me its a love hate relationship i really hate itt i dunno who to talk to i cut myself as well i feel so alone and feel self loathing. help.

  • Am I doing something wrong??Not seeing much results.?

    I'm currently trying to lose weight.I eat 1,300 calories a day andI've completely cut out any drinks that aren't water or milk. I work out 5 times a week, I do 45 minutes of cardio then 20 minutes of strength training. I have seen a little bit of results like noticeably but I feel it's not enough I started this healthy lifestyle a month ago is it too early to tell or am I gaining muscle or what? :/

  • What is considered Strength training?

    I'm trying to lose weight so I've taken up a healthy lifestyle consisting of eating right, drinking lots of water, and going to the gym 5 times a week. In those sessions I do 45 minutes of cardio but read somewhere that cardio alone wont help you lose weight and that stength training is a must. What else is considered strength training besides lifting weights? and is it a must for losing weight?
