I'm confused it's like he's sending mixed signals?
So this guy asked my best friend to set us up and she did we've hung out a couple of times now and he told me he's really liking me. We get along, joke,cuddle and hold hands and stuff, I get the hint he's into me yet he won't text or call me and when he does its awkward one word texts ugh. He does work 12 hour shifts so I dunno if its that or am I being played somehow? :/

It could have something to do with him working so long, maybe he doesn't have the time to text you? Or he could just not be into the whole texting/calling scene and prefer to do things face to face. I doubt your being played though. :)

It could be him being tired, or maybe he's just not into texting. The best way to find out what's really up is to ask him in person. But from what it sounds like it doesn't seem like you're being played

wow, that's hard yes… mixed signals is always confusing…
The best that I can think of, either [1] he's really tired and stressed most of the time because of his 12 hour shifts (I know first-hand :p ); or [2] he just wants you to be his friend, no more.
