Am I doing something wrong??Not seeing much results.?

I'm currently trying to lose weight.I eat 1,300 calories a day andI've completely cut out any drinks that aren't water or milk. I work out 5 times a week, I do 45 minutes of cardio then 20 minutes of strength training. I have seen a little bit of results like noticeably but I feel it's not enough I started this healthy lifestyle a month ago is it too early to tell or am I gaining muscle or what? :/

Even if you don't see much results right now, you will.

Anyways it's a good workout and healthy lifestyle. So don't be discouraged.

You usually don't see much change in the beginning anyways.
