You know her best...would she like to go dancing or to a (live) show or some place quiet and cozy...consider what you know she really enjoys doing and what you two don't get to (or take the time to) do often...
I hope she enjoys it and that you two have a rockin' "reunion"... ☺

Plan it for the day after she gets home (she'll be tired the first night, I'm sure). What is her favorite place to eat? Take her there and then come home to some wine or champagne and have a cozy night in....bed. :)
