Is there any free desktop calender for windows 7 that has reminder and alarm feature?
please suggest some..whatever kind.(hopefully free)
Im talking about calenders like u know you have in cell phones etc that have a calender with reminder/to-do lists feature,setting up alarms for tasks etc.. i guess theyr called organizers Thanks... It's hard to remember things when im on the pc =(
THANKING YOU IN HEAPS n LOADS OF ANTICIPATION.... My pc is eating up all my time :'(

Google Calendar. http://calendar.google.com/
1) It's based online, which means it's multi-platform so you can access it no matter what computer you're using as long as it's connected to the internet.
2) You can set it up so you can add events from your cell phone via SMS (texting).
3) It can send you notifications of upcoming events via email, pop-up, or SMS.
4) It's free.

The applications on that site are not only free but also portable, which among others means you can easily use them without having to worry about having to uninstall them because they don't need a conventional installation.
