What do I have to do to start my own business?
I want to start a very small computer repair service. It will be a side job and I only want to make a web site and do on site repairs. What do I absolutely have to do in order to start the business? If possible, I was just hoping to make a page and advertise myself and fix computers near me, if I could avoid registering the company, etc.

There is no need to register a company. At best you would be a sole proprietor. Place your advert and see what happens. Keep records of all that you spend and earn and if you make a profit, then and only then should you consider formalising affairs. There is no point in registering for various taxes until you see how the market is.
