Well I can't say about demons but ghosts are supposed to be the disembodied spirits of the dearly departed, so I would imagine that (if they exist) a ghost of a scientist or science teacher would most likely know about science, same with the ghost of a mathematitian etc.

If you believe in Greek mythology the muses are the source of all human knowledge so those supernatural beings (again if they exist) would know about such things.

Yes, of course. God knows everything - his wisdom is beyond comprehension. Even trying to rationalize his wisdom will cause everything to implode into itself. Unfortunately, we have many "scientists" perpetrating the lie that they don't.
