Will I be billed just for going to the Workers Comp doctor after claim was denied?

I'm in California. Workers Comp denied my claim because they feel my injury goes back to a previously filed injury that I thought had healed 2 months earlier. I am scheduled to see the workers comp doctor at least one more time after this denial. Does this mean that I will be billed from here on in even just for going to follow-ups with the Workers Comp doctor?

Yes you will be billed but you need to speak with a lawyer in your area because under most WC laws you are covered when a preexisting condition is aggravated by a new occurrence if they do not want to pay a new claim then if you were employed by them at the time of the previous claim then you should still be covered under it.~
