you have to create connection settings manually on pc suite
bsnl apn is : bsnlnet
leave every thing blank in manual connection
i am using bsnl 2g and 3g via pc suite with my nokia e72 phone.

you can install a software called "dial up connection manager"
and you can connect to internet
