As a parent your child should be your primary focus, YOU should be the one earning the money. Every child deserves TWO supporting parents.

Morals and ethics aside, you can use student loans to fund your leisure life for now, pay for it later.

If you're in school, talk to your school's financial aid office. They'll be able to tell you what kinds of scholarships, loans, and grants you may qualify for.

Maybe you need to scale back your educational plans for a while and just take part-time classes while you work to support yourself and your family. That's what most of us adult learners do.

(And just why shouldn't we suggest child support? That child has two parents.)

Try making stuff and selling it.

Use your talents - beading, painting, sewing, drawing, writing, etc.

Make really awesome things and sell them. Jewellery or painting is usually best for this. The great thing is, you can still stay at home and do all this stuff. You can sit on the couch and bead while your child is sleeping or something. Make a lot, because if they're really good, people will want to buy them. Never turn down commissions.

Work. Work and work. These are the best options for money. Or you can take out school loans you pay back when you graduate.

My friend got her college paid for since she was a single mom....

Not sure what it was through but I know there's stuff out there for that.

Maybe you could ask your parents for help and/or care?
