my 6 week old baby girl has a cold, no fever, no runny nose just cough and sneezing. Now when she is breathing regular it sounds raspy. while she sleeping too. is this normal? I have been giving her sea salt saline that the doc prescribed for her 2 days ago. I am not able to get any phlegm out using the bulb syringe. Any tips? Should I be worried?

We are staying in an apartment, and the wall paint SUCK! Our 19 Month son has his dirty litlle fingerprints are everywhere. I have tried to get a warm wash cloth and gently wipe but it takes the paint too. Any suggestions on how to clean the walls?

If water gets on the walls it will leave a stain.

I filed for child support last November 2011 after my sons father procrastinated to get a blood test done for a whole year.
