If social services deem that the house is unfit for the child to be there then he'll need to clean up his act before visitation is continued. They can have any child removed from a home if the place looks like a rat's nest and they deem living conditions are a detriment to the child. Social services can remove any child from a home because of bad living conditions and you don't have to be married for them to deem so.

Im not sure for tx but last i checked if they pay child support they have every right to see the kid. To take child support and expect him not to is kinda dumb. You sure can get in trouble! If he is the biological father he has as much of a right to the child as you do. You can not keep him from his daddy. If the father's house is unstable get social services involved. He will have to clean up his house. You can get into a lot of trouble keeping him from his father.
