    I run www.amomstory.com and love my webshost (linked below). They're quick to help with any problem. If you decide to go with them for your blog, I'd be happy to answer any questions. I've been with them for a while. I'd open an AdSense or CJ account to make money off the blog, just to even things out.

    I suggest Wordpress. It has great user support because of all the wordpress blogs, and also Google loves wordpress site so it wont be too hard to get a decent rand and followers.

    A great FREE website is Wordpress. I works similarly to Word in Microsoft Office and is incredibly easy to use. You can install it easily on your pc and it comes with thousand of free themes.
