I think my car might have water in the fuel line. Am I right? What can be done?

My car is currently at the bottom of Lake Erie.

    Drop the gas tank and dump it all out. Also take the spark plugs out and try to start the car. It will shoot the water out of the spark plug holes. You have to get the car out of the lake first though. LOL!
