IF it is an actual, pure bred lionhead, it will not exceed 3 3/4 lbs. Most adults you see at shows run a bit smaller than that, 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 lbs. The IF is a really BIG IF since many of the animals sold as pet lionheads in pet shops are cross breed messes. With these, there is no telling. I have seen some entered at shows by unsuspecting buyers which weighed 5 lbs and had really poor manes and way too much wool on the body. If you got it from a reputable show breeder, it might go a bit overweight, particularly if you over feed it but it shouldn't go more than 4 lbs even then.
Even if she gets a good bit bigger than she should, the cage you describe will be plenty big enough

It depends on the breeding of the Lionhead! They've been crossed out a lot, so larger breeds can get manes as well as smaller crosses.
8x5ft cage is plenty for the bun for now - although she will need more space to run the bunny 500 (when they race around at top speed - they can go so fast!).
"Purebred" Lionheads should generally be around 1.5-2kg or so. But like I said, if you wind up with a crossbreed that has Lionhead characteristics they could end up a little bit bigger!
