Investment in Infrastructure bonds in India . Please suggest !?

Hey friends ! Do you think its wise to invest in Infrastructure bonds with a long lock-in period to save tax ? If yes then please do suggest me which would be the best (and least risky ) bond to put money in ?

    Infrastructure is good for long term investment..

    Reliance Infra is good, go for that..
