Did I just have a heart attack or something?

I'm sorry this might sound a bit fragmented and at times repeated, but I'm trying to get everything down:

I was just dreaming and in my dream my friends were having an argument (Nothing violent or too radical, just stupid stuff to prove who's right.) Then the scene started to go completely black and out of NOWHERE this massive bomb noise went off (Sounded like a flashbang but with the initial impact of a nuke or something) and I had the loudest ringing noise in my ears that lasted even after I woke up.

I swear, I thought I had literally died (Not like dream dieing or even a death sensation, but that for a period of about 20 seconds between when the noise went off and when I finally came out of the dream, I'd died in the real world.) It was terrifying.

Also, when I woke up my ears were still ringing loudly, every hair was on end, and my heart was beating HARD and very fast. It took about 2-3 minutes for my heart to get back to a semi-normal range. Also, I had this weird sensation that I was deaf. In fact, I was so scared that I'd lost my hearing that I tried talking to see if I could even hear myself.

Another note: Last night I drank a lot (Not enough for me to vomit or even get hard spins). Just moderate spins, but it's the first time I've drank like that in a while. (I'm usually a moderate drinker but it was cinco de mayo)

And before anyone asks: no I'm not a war veteran.

All your symptoms are signs that you have nutritional deficiencies! Seriously, google it to see for yourself! Anxiety, stress, fast heart rate, ear problems, etc... are all deficiency symptoms of certain nutrients! Sounds like you're deficient in zinc, potassium, copper, iron and most of the B-vitamins (B12, B5, B6, etc...)

PS: alcohol, coffee, and medication deplete (takes away) nutrition!
