I wouldn't eat it. It takes just hours for bacteria to grow. Fish and meats tend to be ideal for bacteria growth. If it was cool where you live it might be okay. Hot weather tends to make mold/bacteria and other stuff to grow faster.

Meat products are meant to be chilled in hot weathers if its cold weather then it should be alright

if it stinks when u open bag throw it in the trash. and do it outside so it wont stink the house out
