Kindle supports audio reading of any ebook. It works really good actually.
So yeah, it will read to you if your dyslexic - I totally recommend it.
You can get a kindle for just $114 shipped for the basic wifi version:

Or for $75 more, upgrade to the 3g kindle:

The 3g kindle is nice if you like the internet since you can use the web for free anywhere also.

Hi,
The Kindle has a read-to-me feature which means it will read books out loud to you. Great option if you are dyslexic or prefer listening to reading. I've attached a review of the Kindle below for you.
Good luck.

The Kindle also talks to you (if you want it to), featuring a text-to-speech function with your choice of three reading rates and a male or female voice.

Not sure about the others, except the Elonex ebook doesn't, but it's less expensive.
