Hmm well the shoes depend on what shirt you wear. I suggest you get a white tank with buttons on the front and wear the second pair of shoes. If u want a more classy look, pair the white tank with a blazer and wear the first pair

If it's a more formal, cocktail party-type-thing, then the heels without a doubt. You want to look classy. If it's more of a birthday party or something casual-er, then opt for the boots instead.

And for the top, it really depends on what type of party. I would suggest something colorful or something with a lot of texture, like ruffles, or a pattern

not a clue about your shoes but if you chose a blouse type of shirt then add some high heels that make you look like a women but if you've chosen a top that printed then grab some really cute heels that are floral :)) hope i helpedd
