Late period reasons not involving stress?
So, I'm 3 days late. I took a pregnancy test but it was negative. I'm not stressed or anything like that. In fact, I feel like i normally do. But I'm still late. What are some reasons that can cause this that don't involve pregnancy or stress/ emotional unbalancement?

Change in diet, change in amount of exercise, change in climate...etc. Things like that can definitely cause it.
But other than that, sometimes periods are just late. It's completely normal to be late or to just completely skip one ever now and then. But if you still don't get it in a week or two, take another pregnancy test to be sure. They don't always give you the right results if you take them too soon.

There are various reasons it could be a change in medication, an illness you've had (even something short), a scheduling change confusing your body clock, sub concious stressing.
Best thing is probably to see if it's come within a week and then do another test, if you're usually really regular you can always go to your dr after that to put yourind at rest.

It could be just a late period, for no reason whatsoever. It could be a change in your lifestyle, in your diet, etc. If you are still late in a few days, take another pregnancy test, or if you're worried, go and see your GP.
