how to keep eating healthy goal?
I'm starting training for high school swimming and would really like to try and eat healthy for the rest of the school year and all summer, and hopefully not go back to my old junk food habits. Only problem is, I have a hard time not eating a lot of junk food and resisting the urge to eat when I'm bored. Does anyone have any tips of how to not give in to my cravings and eat healthy?

How about having some fresh fruit on the table like apples, oranges or bananas. They are filling and have enough natural sugars to sustain you through a hunger or bored situation. Or do you have access to the school pool or a community pool to continue to practice.
