The flies are laying eggs somewhere. Finding where will get rid of the source. Maybe around the refrigerator. Somewhere in a moist place. Some vinegar in some soapy water will attract them and they will drown in it. A bit of banana or fruit in a container with some foil with holes in it will trap them. Fruit flies live from 7-10 days.

Eliminate Fruit Flies with Vinegar
This is one of the most popular and trusted methods of getting rid of fruit flies! When it comes to getting rid of fruit flies with vinegar, all you need to do is to take a jar or bottle made of plastic and fill it with some apple cider vinegar! After filling the bottle/jar, you need to cover it with a plastic lid and make fine holes into it using a pin! Vinegar acts as a great attractant to fruit flies. They will enter the vessel through the fine holes but won't be able to escape and will eventually drown in the vinegar!

Dispose of your rotting fruit by tying it up in a plastic bag and taking it outside.
Only keep fruit in the refrigerator from here on in.
