Is there any way to have a girl see me as more than a "brother?"?
I have a girl that I kind of like but I don't think she sees me as a potential date as of now. I don't want to change her and I don't want to "get her to like me," I just want to know if there is anything I can do different with my interaction with her and maybe it will change her perspective from brother to possible date. She does not know I like her right now and I think it would be best that I don't tell her right now.
We have had more of a casual friendship up until this point. The reason I don't really want to tell her that I like her right now is because she has turned guys down before because they were really bold and/or told her too soon. Pretty much we have hung out in a group and have not really gotten very close but she seems like a girl where we would be compatible together. I am 21 right now so I'm pretty much past the high school "how can I 'make' her like me" kind of thing. I don't want it to be a drama and I don't want to control her into liking me.

NO DO NOT SHOW HER YOUR PENIS, I'm going to tell you the truth.
It's extremely difficult for a girl to see you as something other than a brother. If she does, that means she has no sexual appeal to you, whatsoever. I am a girl with many guys considered 'brothers' who all think of me as their lady friend, and I couldn't give 2, because their the protectors of the 5'1 little girl over there. >Me<.
How to change this? Your appearance mainly. Maybe too fat or your face is deformed to her. IDK. It could also mean you have a strange, invisible reputation. Some girls (like mwah) are conscious of that and want nothing worse than a guy of a decent, well known rep. Girls that call guys their brothers are usually like that.
Another way to get her to like you is to save her from being murdered or raped. Hell any girl would be attracted to their prince-like savior.
Usually if we called you a brother we have not had ANY sexual feelings toward you, whatsoever. I had my 'tubby brother' who had a bad rep and was ugly but everyone lightened up on him because he was like, MY brother. But then he fell for me and I ran like the wind.
If she's overly nice to you and bubbly and herself she SOOO sees you as a brother, because she has no real need to impress you. And personally, no way of acting will make her like you at this point. You basically LIED about your intentions because your her friend but want to be more than that. If you act anywhere different from yourself, it'll PISS her off bigtime. If you're mean she'll think, what the hell happened, and if you flirt, she'll literally be as disgusted as if her biological brother put the moves on her.
IN ALL HONESTY, I would just keep things the same. I'm a girl that has ran from so MANY brothers because I was being my flirty little self and they came running like bulls to ask me out.

Well first off let me just say from my own personal experiences, that girls will tell a guy she loves him like a brother just so she gets the opportunity to say "i love you" to him. And how old are you and how long have you two been friends because based on that is whether you should tell her you like her or not.

if she considers you a brother, it probably means that you guys are really comfortable around each other and tell each other everything. im guessing you guys talk about friends stuff. in order for her to like you, you need to flirt a little and drop hints. i can see where you wouldnt want to mess up the friendship, so its probably a better idea to do these things subtly.
