Tips on how to sing better in the morning?

I am auditioning for the next star on the 21st and it's at 7 AM i sing kinda bad in the morning but better in the evening... Any tips on how to sing better?

    Go to sleep at 1pm the previous day and 7am will feel like 7pm!

    I drink lemonade or tea to help me sometimes.
