    Most of Pixar's villains weren't really "evil", per say - except for maybe Hopper from Bugs Life. That was one nasty bug... and one of my favorite animated villains.

    Randal! and Waternoose (Monsters Inc)

    Darla (Finding Nemo----shes evil, lol)

    Sid (Toy Story)

    Hopper (A Bugs life)

    I find them all equally wicked.

    You've got a good list. I would replace Sid with Hopper from A Bug's Life.
