Have you donated your blood plasma?

I donated mine and I found out the amount of money you'll receive depends on the number of pints you can donate. Is that true?

It also depends for which program you donate. For example, for specialty donor programs, you can get up to $500/week. Such plasma is needed for research purposes to develop diagnostic kits. If you have been diagnosed with Autoimmune (Lupus, SLE, Celiac, Crohn's, etc) or Infectious (Chlamydia, Mycoplasma, EBV, CMV (Mono), H.Pylore, etc) or have been recently immunized you may be eligible to become a donor.
