Cani ge charged w/drug charges b/c of this?
I had to go to the hospital almost 40 times in 2009 because i had appendicitis and they kept saying it was a stomach virus b/c i didnt have insurance now im worried they can charge me with some type of drug charges b/c i had to go so many times plz help!

There is no drug charge they charge you with for going to the hospital with appendicitis.

You can't get drug charges for going to the hospital. That's a bizarre concern.
There's no way you could go to the hospital that many times for appendicitis. Before very long your appendix would have ruptured and you would have become septic and died. If you kept going back to the hospital after your appendix was removed to get pain pills then yes, you could find yourself with some trouble
