How do you disable the "Press 1 to accept this call" on a Nexus S 4G?

Every time I get a call and slide the green button to accept the call, a voice comes on and says something like "Call from John Smith. Press 1 to accept or 2 to send to voice mail." Then I have to press the keypad button and the 1 button to answer the phone.

The phone is a Nexus S 4G running Android 4.3.2 on the Sprint network.

    go to http://voice.google.com/

Click your phone number on top-right

    Select the calls tab

    Turn off call screening.

You will want to make sure that the Phones tab has your phone number with the "Enhanced by Sprint".

The level is not the main thing I decide on. I decide by what kind of questions they ask and how they answer questions. If a person connects to me for no reason at all, I will ask them about it and have kept the ones who are decent. I do check out level ones better because I just went through a lot with another user starting accounts to try to get me and another contact deleted. ( those are the ones that make it bad for lower levels ) I have taken level ones and will do it again based on what I explained.
