Her dad is a rockstar but her mothe is a musical theatre performer

Cosette from the play/book Les Mis

For story purposes I always like choosing names that also have cute nicknames. Rhiannon could have Rhi (Ree), Ann, Annon, Rhian. 
But I think you should use Rhiannon as a first name and Cosette as a middle name, then she's a combination of both her parents the rock with the classic. 
Though I find Cosette to be prettier.

I can't even pronounce the first! I guess Cosette but it reminds me of Cassette. Rhiannon is just bizarre.
