How to convert a file?

I am using a school issued computer for a project & I can't get a video of my camera for it. The School has blocked access to just about anything internet wise including e-mail. How do I do this?

Update:

Most of the websites I have checked for converting the files are blocked.

Use another computer. Libraries have them, so do schools that people can use for projects.

what you need is not to listen to people with no experiance... that will not be me...

first off ive made a free thing that converts without download.

second i think you have a digital camera you can plug into the pc or a flash drive...

thirldy to do this all you need is a home computer or a friends computer...

ok first off copy and paste the thing at the end the answer here and save it as converter.bat

then what you want to do is put the file into my folder that was created... then follow the instrctions on the black screen. then go into that folder and go to output and there is your file. you can put this file on you camera or usb flash drive and take it into school and plug it in... then upload it...

then just put it in and you can go!!!

    heres the code:

    ----------------------------------------------

    @echo off

    :top

if NOT EXIST convert goto makedir

if NOT EXIST convert\output goto makedir

    if EXIST convert goto on

    :on

    cls

    echo DO NOT USE PERIODS!!!

echo Enter the TITLE of the file.

    set /p title=

    cls

    echo DO NOT USE PERIODS!!!

echo Now enter the EXTENSION of the file.

    set /p ex=

    cls

    echo DO NOT USE PERIODS!!!

echo Now enter the EXTENSION you want it to BE.

    set /p convert=

    copy "C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Desktop\convert\%title%.%ex%" "C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Desktop\convert\output\%title%.%convert%"

    cls

    echo done!

    pause

    cls

    goto top

    :makedir

    md convert

    md "C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Desktop\convert\output\"

    cls

    goto top
