Does the color of a Sikh man's turban mean anything?

I noticed the older ones tend to wear lighter colors, but I do see this one old man wear a dark blue turban like the young men.

    Actually yeah :P

My Dad is going to a wedding tomorrow. And he's wearing an Orange one :P

If you're going on a wedding and you're related to the guy's side, you'd wear orange.

If you're related to the girl's side, you'd wear red.

Also red is what we wear on special occasions and such.

I don't know about black and dark blue, they're probably just regular.

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong?

Well the "Fashion Conscious Sikh" will be sure to match and coordinate his turban with the rest of his outfit. ;)
