I was going to make but...does anyone know..?

I was going to make chicken and rice burritos But i need cayenne pepper which i dont have so does anyone know something i can replace the cayenne pepper with to season the chicken and rice?

    Use some Tabasco sauce or red pepper flakes instead of the cayenne pepper. If you don't have either of those, then just see if you have any other spicy pepper like item to add. Otherwise, just leave it out. It just won't be as spicy.

    Well really cayenne pepper is just something to add a little "kick" to the dish. You could use hot sauce/tabasco sauce, red pepper flakes, chili powder, even some paprika would be good. If you wanted to give it a little twist you could use some cumin (which is a really lovely smokey spice)...my advice is to just be your own chef and think of what might work well based on the spices you have in your pantry :)
