in runescape why does a skull apear on top of youre head? in the wilderness?

it wont go away why is it there

    You got "skulled" when you were starting a fight with someone in the Wilderness. The skull disappears after 30 minutes of waiting, but it won't disappear if you attack more players in the wild. However, if someone else attacks you, you do not get the skull.
