What is the black box on the side of the engine that the fuel line connects to before the fuel goes to the carb?
Update:
Thanks. I found the manual finally. Was not sure if it was a pump or regulator.
Won't run except at full choke and will be troubleshooting tommorrow. Suspect carb needs cleane but will check pump first.
