how come u verse is not allowed in my state yet?
lot of ads on tv are not for my state, i wonder why?

U-Verse is available in AT&T operating areas. If your local telephone company is not AT&T, that's the first problem.
The second is that AT&T has not yet extended U-Verse throughout all of its territory. It requires the construction of a new fiberoptic network and terminating nodes that serve each neighborhood. The network is growing continually, and most AT&T areas will eventually be covered. Rural or remote residences will be among the last to have U-Verse service available.
